geting a twin plug was a mission impossible.
check in time is 2pm, but we arrived @ 3:15pm n the room was still not ready.
the bedding and towels ald n dull
as a client i expect best value for my money, which i didn't get
nonetheless food n the staff was great

To get a double adaptor was a mission, which it shouldn't be in my experience.

The electronic door card stopped functioning every day. We had to renenew it at the front desk daily!
Bathroom poorly designed. No soap holder in shower. Toilet roll holder in impossible place.

The room smelt a bit on arrival, nut I think the maid was using the toilet, when I got there she looked a bit suspicious

On the 2nd day I find the room without towels I had to phone for the reeption to arrange and there was no action until I went to them personally. The phone in room that I was booked in was not working. At night my neighbours were very noisy and again I had to complain to the reception for several times to attend to them. It was very bad.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room accommodation was comfortable. There was a shortage of loungers etc around the poolside and it felt as if the hotel was still having a few teething problems due to its not being in existence for very long.

We could not have asked for better service, all the way from the reception, management to the fields staff. We felt really welcome and were impressed with the quality of service ( 5 star ).Thank you for setting up the tables on our porch, we enjoyed the evening relaxation outside.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and the standards were extremely high. The layout and your gardens are fantastic.
Well done to Happy Valley Resorts. Keep up the good service.
