When we arrive to the reception, it was moneys before welcome. It is strange to see a person take her money book before the welcoming ! Please alert your clients that despite booking for accommodation at Mlilwane they still have to pay for the conservative fee at the entry gate before they are allowed in. I for one had assumed that it is included in the accommodation fee.- 31 Oct 2012, Ms Nomcebo D.
